做h1b extension，刚刚收到LCA denial letter，说我的prevailing wage 部分不符合要求，请皮匠老师救命帮助看看，图片如下，是哪部分的问题？是不是要说出具体来源？可是填不下啊，还是说不能再用2008年的数据。当初申请时律师用的这个网站，网站上没找到最新的数据怎么办？还有自己找的source里面没有分wage level，是不是要在表上选择N/A？
请问接下来怎么办？可以重新file吗？这样对后面处理有什么影响吗？

REASON FOR DENIAL:
The wage source specified in Section G.11b fails to satisfy the regulatory requirements listed in 20 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 655.731(b)(3)(iii)(B) for a prevailing wage survey published by an independent authoritative source or the regulatory requirements listed in 20 CFR 655.731(b)(3)(iii)(C) for a prevailing wage survey or other source data acquired from another legitimate source of wage information.
An employer may use, in lieu of a prevailing wage determination from the National Prevailing Wage and Helpdesk Center (1) an independent authoritative wage source so long as it meets all the criteria set forth in 20 CFR 655.731(b)(3)(iii)(B), or (2) another legitimate source of wage information so long as it meets all the criteria set forth in 20 CFR 655.731(b)(3)(iii)(C). 20 CFR 655.731(a)(2)(ii)(B).
If you believe the wage source specified in Section G.11b to be appropriate for use in future LCA filings, you may submit the wage source to be evaluated to support a Prevailing Wage Determination by following the procedures for submitting an employer survey at 20 CFR 655.731(a)(2)(ii)(A) and 20 CFR 656.40(g).
On and after January 1, 2010, this request may be submitted via mail to the U.S. Department of Labor-ETA, National Prevailing Wage and Helpdesk Center, Attn: PWD Request; 1341 G Street, NW., Suite 201, Washington, DC 20005-3105. For additional information on requesting a prevailing wage determination from the National Prevailing Wage and Helpdesk Center (NPWHC), you may refer to the NPWHC Frequently Asked Questions, which can be found on the Office of Foreign Labor Certification's website at www.foreignlaborcert.doleta.gov, under the "What's New" Section.

Section G.8 of this application contains an obvious inaccuracy. According to ETA Form 9035 CP - General Instructions for the 9035 & 9035E: "If the employer received a prevailing wage from either the SWA, NPC or the Foreign Labor Certification Data Center Online Wage Library at http://www.flcdatacenter.com, identify whether the wage (skill) level of the job opportunity is a level I, II, III, or IV. Only mark one box. Otherwise, mark "N/A".
