I filed NIW in 2006 and 40 days later i-140 was approved. Filed 485 on July, 2007. Now I am preparing to file an EB1B from the employer. The attorney just send email to me and he suggests me certify my i485. He said after certifying, I could file 140 and 485 cocurrently. Also he would like to refer the certify service to me. Because I never heard this before, I just wonder if it is neccessary or there is any benefit to certify 485 for my application. Could I just request to re-link this 485 to my new application? I really appreciate your answer.
