Hi Everyone,
I used to send out an application for my brother to apply for green card in year 2000. The case had been approved, but when it was about to be transferred to the foreign US immigration office for further action in 2005, my brother asked me to withdraw. Is it possible to reopen this application, and have the immigration office re-process it now? what is the best way or best reason to cite to them? Will we be asked to re-start the new case which will take more time to wait?
Please help if you know anything or have the same experience.
