Good afternoon,
Records indicate that this I-485 application is employment-based upon an
approved I-140 petition. That I-140 provides for a second preference
immigrant worker Visa from China with the priority date of February 12, 2009
.
The May 2010 Visa Bulletin allocates third preference immigrant worker visas
from China with a priority date of September 22, 2005 and earlier. There
are no Visas currently available for this adjustment application. No
adjudication will take place on this I-485 application until a Visa is
available for it.

我本来不清楚为什么他说我是EB2, priority data是2/12/2009
因为我485是作为lg的dependent申请的，lg是EB1b.
后来我想了一下，是因为我们公司给我申请了eb2, priority是2/12/2009,不知道为什
么CIS把我的485跟我的eb2的140关联起来了，而不是跟我lg的eb1b的140关联起来。 请
问这种情况我该怎么办啊？
