我和老婆的485被RFE,刚收到信, 原因是G325A表里没表明是否用过其他名字. 原文如下:
In your Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet, you fail to indicate whether you have used and/or been called by other names, or you answered "N/A" rather than "None", or if you are a woman then other evidence may appear to indicate that you have been known by a maiden name which you failed to disclose in your Form G-325A. Therefore, please provide a statement, signed by you in the original, and sworn to before a notary public in which you attest to whether and by what other names you have been known; or submit a properly completed and signed Form G-325A.
皮匠老师的"手把手帮着填 I-485 和 G-325A"里说, G-325A的all other names used那一栏什么也不要填. 根据移民局的要求, 似乎应该填"None". 我刚google, 找到一份填好的样表, 里面也写的是"None".
另外, 回复这个RFE,是不是重新填一个表就可以了(比去做公证方便一些)?
