My H1B will be expired on Oct 1st this year. My current employer will renew my H1B next month. But I want to find another job and do not want my current employer know this and do not want them to stop renewal because I am not sure if I can get new job. If I get new job and they can file H1B transfer for me and at the same time, my current employer file H1B renewal. What happen if USCIS get two H1B application? Does one will be terminated after they start another one?
