My parents visited US in 2007 for 6 months and they stayed with my brother in San Francisco. Do I need to put the US address and time on G325 section "Applicant's residence last five years"?
The newest entry stamp on my mom's passport is on the same page of her last visa(issued on 2007), so USCIS can tell she was here in 2007. If I don't fill out the US address, will that be a problem?
Based on passport info,the doctor office put the province name in birth city field since there is no birth city info on passport and no birth province field in I-693. Now the report is sealed by Doctor. will this be a problem? should I put province name in city field on all forms (130, 485,etc) or put the city from Birth certificate on all forms?
