my 140 is just approved and I have worked as H1 for 5 years.

1) If I transfer H1B to new employer, can I get 3 years H1B? (or current
1 years left + 3 years new?)

2) After I leave, if current employer revoke the 140, will it affect my new H1B? thanks.

3) if I transfer again in next three years, will the H1B still be "transferable"?

如果原雇主不revokeI-140，而新雇主又不办Perm的话，

I don't know this. But theoratically GC is for future position.
