I came to US on B1 visa 12 years ago. Changed status to F1, H1, got greencard and now citizenship. My parents applied for visitor visa when I had the greencard but got rejected. Now I have the US citizenship and petitioned for my parents immigration. They got the interview notice yesterday. I want to know if VO can reject their immigration visa because I came to US on a B1 visa and changed status? If they are rejected, what options I have? how much chance they will be granted the visa?
