I filed I485 together with my hu*****and. I am using EAD working now. My hu*****and is transferring his H1 to another company. Do I need to apply H4 together with his H1 transfer? Someone says if used EAD, you only have adjusting status and so there is no need to apply H4. Is this true? Appreciate your advice! Thanks.
