问个EAD EFILE的问题 望眼欲穿2010-07-17 23:04:11

准备EAD efile了.原来的卡10月就到期了. 怕来不及.看到uscis的网页上有这么一段话
Helpful Hint

DO NOT E-FILE if you have a pending I-485, Application to Register Permanent
Residence Status or Adjust Status, currently at an USCIS office and you are
eligible to file the I-765 for advance parole for no additional fee.
是啥意思啊,是不是485 PENDING,就不可以efile啊,谢谢
