我有几个问题
1. 我的485 申请是几年前递的. 因而485申请材料中的employment letter, past visa petitions, I-94, degree copies, tax form etc 都是我的. 也都于几年前递了. 那现在他递申请还需要这些材料吗? 不应是他的对应材料吧?
2. 清单中所列材料除了140approval外都是他的. 没错吧? 需要列些我的材料吗?
3. 需要列什么证明我的485pending status 的吗?
4. 针对我们的情况(pending期间结婚), 除了marriage certificate以外, 还需要什么特别的吗?
