请教以下问题：
I got my J-1 waiver last year and currently has H1B status. I was also approved AP several months ago using NIW category for foreign physicians. However, I am not sure if I can use AP to enter US. 拜读了皮匠老师的博客中关于H1B 持有人用AP入境，身份会变成‘Parole Status', 但不影响H1B的延期。可我的律师说因为我要'comply to waiver obligation', 既然parole status不再是H1B,这样会违反waiver obligation的规定。
我很纳闷，不知道是否因为我的case比较特殊，所以一定要保持住H1B的身份，即使中间用parole status都不行？当初申请AP的时候就是因为有了它就不用再去签证了。现在看来还不一定是这么回事儿。
