I am in conneticut, my PD is 12/03, EB3, it's very close to be current for green card processing, however, I may get laid off in 2 month, can I apply for the unemolpyment using my EAD? I am working under H1-b Now.Do I have to leave US right away? I have been working for my current job for over 5 years.
