我的情况是：我现在准备递EB1a的140，我及家人已经递了EB2的I-485 (07年）， 所以我们这次不再递I-485了。
我的问题是：
1。Part 7, 关于Spouse and Children的选项(a) "Applying for Adjustment of Status"应该选“yes"是吗？（我想即使现在不递，假如140批了，可能会relink 485的）；(b) "Applying for a Visa Abroad"应该选“No"是吗？（因为我们现在都在美国）。
2。 Part 4, question 6 "Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person?" 这里的"immigrant visa petition"是指我已经递上的I-485吗？所以应该选"Yes-Attach an explanation"并附上I-485的收据（如果是，140 approval notice也要附上吗？)，对吗？
