Please submit the following evidence:
Travel Arrangements for Departure from the U.S.:
Provide documentation such as airline tickets that establishes the applicants has/have made arrangements to depart the U.S. upon completion of the applicant's B2 status in the United States.
Statement of Justification: please explain why you did not obtain a student visa abroad at a US Consulate or Embassy.
Proof of Residency in the United States:
Submit proof fro all residential addresses in the United States,i.e., telephone bills, utility bills, rent receipts, etc., since arrival in the United States.Provide proof of current address and telephone number. In addition, please provide a copy of the lease agreement entered into by the applicant.
Program Start Date and Form I-20:
Please ensure that your program's start date is deferred.
Also please submit a new and completed ORIGINAL Form I-20 showing the new deferred start date. Please ensure that the Form I-20 is signed by the Designated School Official and applicant in blue ink so that the Service can ensure it is an original copy.
EVIDENCE PERTAINING TO THE APPLICANT'S STATUS
Maintaining Status;
Provide the following evidence to establish that the beneficiary was in a valid nonimmigrant status at the time the present petition was field:
A detailed statement and specific evidence*such as receipts, pictures, etc.)of the activities which your have engaged in, since your arrival to the United States on SEPT. 2009, that befits your current status as a non immigrant visitor for pleasure.

Financial Resources
The law requires that every nonimmigrant who applies for admission to or extension of stay in the United States has sufficient financial resources to support themselves for the proposed period of stay. Therefore, provide the following to establish that the applicant has sufficient support for the requeted period of stay:
Financial Support
Applicants must show that they will be able to support themselves for the entire year. Therefore, please present evidence that the applicant currently possesses the necessary financial resources to meet the tuition and other fees evidenced by the I-20.If bank statements will be provided. please provide in the ORIGINAL and will be returned upon request by the applicant(If you are requesting a return please provide copies of the originals.)Bank letters will not be acceptable.
In addition, please provide evidence that the sponsor is in ownership of a residence that can support a family of four.
