My Parents got B2 VISA in Chengdu yesterday, but they add "No Adjustment of Status" on their VISA. I wonder if this matters. Thank you!

他们的目的就是让这份签证一次性使用而已，按时回国，对下次签没

这种情况现在很普遍，主要防止В签的人过来转成其他签证或结婚
