My company filed my LC back in July of 2002 and it is still pending at BEC. Now another company is filing PERM for me and hopefully carry my old PD if both I-140 get approved. My question is, do the job titles have to be identical to carry the PD, do they have to be in the same category (EB2 or EB3)?
