H1 transfer just filed, h4 approved JW20052010-08-10 02:05:36

I lost job in late June, then I efiled H4, supporting documents sent middle July. Then I found new job, new company just filed H1 transfer last week while h4 still pending.(maybe approved, but we do not know)

Now today, I received the H4 approved notice, it was approved last Wednesday.

I do not know my h1 transfer notice date yet, but it must around last Wednesday. My question is: if h1 transfer notice date is before last Wednesday, I can work with h1 transfer receipt, is it correct? if my h1 transfer notice date is after last Wednesday, Can I work with transfer receipt? Do I need wait h1 approved to work.
