Currently finishin up my education and looking for a job. Will get my EAD next january. Sent I-140 last July in VSC and no respone yet. Do you think I should get a sponsor for H-1? Or I just wait for approval of 140 and get a EAD, and hopefully I will get EAD before my OPT expires? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
