上个星期打电话要了个Service Request. 今天收到回复如下：
Thank you for your letter, Fax, or E-mail of [Date] regarding your
constituent（s), [Names(s)], and the processing of their Forms [I-485, I-
730] [Mr. and/or Ms. X?s] cases have been put on hold because the
Petitioner appears to be inadmissible pursuant to the terrorist-related
grounds of inadmissibility under section 212(a)(3)(B) of the Immigration
and Nationality Act(INA).
.... 一堆官话 。。。
难道现在都是随机取一个template， 连名字，日期都不填就给我发过来。
这个信一看就是回议员的信。怎么就给我发过来了。
下一步该怎么办？
