research results is also frequentlly seen.
If the beneficiary's work in **** or anything else was on the level of
someone truly deserving of the outstanding designation, it is reasonable to
assume her published works would be have been cited by other similarly
employed professionals on any number of occasion.
Therefore, this criterion has not been met.
