I am still under a shock based on the today's response from USCIS. Sorry for not typing in chinese.
I am a EB2 with PD 4/14/2006. I filed service request on 9/8/2010 for my I485 application.
However today I received a response from USCIS based on my service request " at this time, there is no visa available. When there is a visa available, your application will be processed."
Question:
1. I thought my PD is current in September, and based on the Ocotober VA, my PD is still current, why the visa is not available?
2. Am I the only one receive this kind of response? Does it means I can't get green card in September?
3. Is this information correct?
4. If this information is correct, does it mean I have chance to get greencard in October or not?
5. what I should do in my next step?
