各位高人, 有人知道什么是File Separation Form吗?
情况是这样的: 我和我太太的PD是3/2006. 我的I485于9/9号被批准了, 可是我太太的case至今没有任何动静. 我们做了以下push:
- 两次SR: 9/3; 9/10. 第一次SR: 我9/7收到回复, 9/9 case approved. 我太太的case从来没有得到过任何回复
- InfoPass: 9/15. InfoPass Officer 告诉我们: 两个case同时在9/7被assign给同一个Officer
- 联系了Congressman. Congressman很客气,他们花了一周的时间得到了USCIS典型的官方回复: “This case is currently under review with an examiner at this time and the individual should receive a decision or other Notice of Action regarding the case of the petition within 45-60 days”.
- 联系了Senators: 基本上没什么作用.
问题是: 此officer/examiner行为极其诡密. 自从9/9号approve了我的case以后就销声匿迹, 对所有的inquiry置若罔闻. 不回复SR, 也不对case 做LUD, 好象彻底消失了.
今天我太太又做了SR, 直接要求了2nd level office. 2nd level office好象跟我们一样诧异, 说他唯一可以做的就是发一个File Separation Form.
这个File Separation Form是什么东西, 有什么作用吗? 有什么办法可以直接催促此assigned Officer/Examiner开始处理我太太的Case吗?
