老师们，您好，

My parents were Perm. Residence in Canada when they got their B2 visa (10 years, multiple entry) in 2005. Now, their Maple Card expired since they missed the due time to get back to Canada to maintain the Perm. Residence Status. But, they still having their B2 visa valid till 2015. Can they come to US from China using this B2 Visa, even though their are no long Perm Residence of Canada?
