Currently I am a US citizen. My parents are staying with me in U.S. right now. My mother has green card, and I have already submitted green card application for my father.
I am planning to invite my sister and her son to visit me in christmas time this year by B2 visa. I was just wondering what her chance is to get visa since all her immediate family (me, my parents) are in U.S. right now. Will she be considered to have immigration intention with her visa application?
