I485 pending, can I change job xyjh2004-10-11 23:56:07

I have I485 in Nebraska about two years ago, no final word yet.
But now there is a good job opportunity, can I change job?
This would be a bigger company and more money, I will be still doing
the same kind of work.
I have valid EAD and H1b.

What is the consequence?
