Need help: AP and/or H1B for Travel abroad yongcao2010-10-01 17:22:05

I plan to visit China at the end of Oct., but my Advanced Parole application is pending (filed for about 2 months).  Not sure whether I will be able to receive AP before I leave U.S..  I am currently holding H1B.  Anyone knows whether I can travel and apply for H1B visa in China to return, when my advanced parole application is pending or issued during the travel.
