有劳各位老师， 我的情况如下： 遇到大规模裁员，OPT刚结束，H1B还没approve，就不得不回到学校。 60 天的Grace Period已用完，今年八月份，刚刚开始上学，现在有可能有offer， 如果公司申请H1B的话，10 月份才可生效。
Solution 1: leave the country and return. But I am afraid that the period might be too long for company to agree.They might want me to start next January.
Solution 2: apply for CPT and use it until the time when H1B comes effective. However, I am concerned that the advisor doesn't agree.
Do you know other options?
