How layoff will affect the LC Waiting_for

My company finished the retest of market for my LC and sent it back to DOL. Several days later, there were layoffs (about 10%) happened, and I think there were layoffs in same position as mine. How this will affect my LC? Is there still chance for my LC to be certified?
