Form I-134 Affidavit of Support 问题请教 pchan2010-10-14 20:36:08

妹妹已拿到I-20, 要去签F-1 Visa，我帮她付学费，填了Form I-134.

Do I need to provide Bank Statements?  Does it need to be notarized? What other support do I need to provide?  Such as a copy of the Green Card or Driver's License etc?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
