My case is pending at local office and I have got my approval letter. I will go to infopass tomorrow to get my passport stamped to renew my drivers licence. My question is will I need turn in my I-94 when I get my passport stamped? If need give I-94, should I give the latest one? I have old one which used to enter U.S.A with AP, another new one is H-1 I-94 with same I-94 number starting 10/01/2010.
