My hu*****and and had 485 interview last Nov(before 485 based on my eb2), and tomorrow we will have the second interview with same officer last time. Recenlty my hu*****and applied Eb1 and it has been approved.
1. Yesterday we received the email from TSC say "Your files (including the recently approved EB1 I-140) are located at the Tampa office. Please contact that office with any questions or requests. I have informed the officer with your case of the visa availability. " Does this mean Eb1 has already been linked to pending 485s?

Do you think it is enough we provide NOTICE OF ALLEGED VIOLATION and receipt for fine of $300? I don't know if we can provide anything else.
