Just came back from the second interview. We have relink 485 to my LD's approved 140 successfully. The officer have planned to approve our case, but he found my LD's FP is expired and ask my hu*****and do it again.
I hear FP is different from name check. Since his name check is clear, we only need have his FP done? Will they start name check again?
