Hi, I have a simple question for the helpful fellows here: for a person who is offered a wage of 36K/year as an electrical engineer at Los Angeles, do you think the H1B application will be approved ? When I check the DOL's website, it seems that the prevailing wage for this kind of positions at LA is about 50K/year.
Any info will be greatly appreciated. :)
