I am in the processing of transferring from H1 to F1 and just have received request for further evidence, it says:
"regulation requires that you must establish that you have a residence abroad which you have no intention of abandoning. Submit documents to establish that you have a foreign residence where you intend to reside. Such document includes your current utility bills, mortgage statements, rent receits, etc."
I do not have a house in China under my own name. But my parents have. What should I do?
Please help!!
