Help: How to invite brother-in-law to visit aoeiuybpmfdtnlzhi2010-11-08 22:08:09

Hi All,

we are planning to invite my wife's brother to visit us. I am H1/my wife H4, and we have a child born here (US citizen, 2.5 years old). what documents should we prepare for him to apply for the visa? what I am thinking of are:

1, invitation letter (anyone has a sample or knows where to get one?)

2, our passport and visa copies,

3, bank statement to support his stay in the U.S.???
