USPS main confirmed that I484 arrived at Dalas lockbox on Nov 4,
togethr with G1145
but e-notification of receipt has not been recieved.
why? is it because Dalas lockbox does not have such a service?
the form G1145 says 3 lockbox can provide email notification (chicago,
phoenix,Lewisville, http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-1145.pdf )
