在美国H1-B身份，想去加拿大旅游，准备将材料递到纽约领馆。在纽约领馆的主页上看到需要递交的文件

If you are in the United States with temporary status, please provide:

• Your US Non-Immigrant Visa, (whether it is in your current passport or an expired passport)
• The original I-94 card issued by US authorities at the time of your entry into the US

• If you are in the United States with H-1 status, please provide:

  • Your original I-797 approval notice form and
  • A letter from your employer or other proof of current employment.

1)请问这些都是原件吗？感觉是，但是觉得还是谨慎些好。请过来人指点。

2)如果我们不递交 "Authority to Release Information" form，就意味着我们必须去亲自去取回递交的材料?
