I worked for my previoe employer for 3 years. Then I changed the job. I work for my current employer for only 3 months. Things did not go as well as I expected. My previous boss would like me to come back. If I came back, I would do the same job. My question is: does my 3-year experience count? I guess not as the job duty does not have more than 50% changed.
What if my job title changed, say from Analyst II to Analyst III, but job duty remains the same?
