c. Is the beneficiary an exempt H-1B nonimmigrant?
1. If yes, is it because the beneficiary's annual rate of pay is equal to at least $60,000?
2. Or is it because the beneficiary has a master's or higher degree in a speciality related to the employment?
如果是非美国的博士学位(中国的)，已经做了学位认证，这里该怎么选？主要不明白exempt在这里是什么意思？是不占配额的意思？如果是这样，我是申请公司占配额的H-1B，该怎么选呢？
另外，外国的硕士及以上学位的申请者，可以申请那2万个硕士以上学历的配额吗？老师们的建议是啥？我本来的想法就是直接投递那Regular的配额。投递的时候他们是分开投递的。
