Because your degree is master or higher, your answer is say "yes" to the Question "c." and Qestion "2", and say "No" to the Question "1".
----‘c’选yes，我已经明白了。关于接下来的1和2，因为中间有个or，是不是只能二选一？如果按照您的指导，‘2’我应该选yes，但是我申请的H-1B薪水高于6万了，那么‘1’我应该选yes还是no呢？

我是选的NO，因为我不是美国的硕士及以上学位，是中国的博士学位，已经做了认证了。这里选NO是正确的吗？
那么，回到前面的问题，这里的‘c’-->‘2’ 我应该选NO还是YES呢？
