Hi, my hu*****and is trying to get his H1b visa when he has his B2 visa valid, but his B2 visa expired while we were waiting for the decision. We just got a denial decision from USCIS. What should we do now? (I have a valid H1 visa）. Is it still ok to file b2 extension or h4 application? Thank you soooo much!
