我EAD十二月10日到期，公司的律师在九月10日为我们全家（我，老婆和女儿）申请了EAD/RENEW。如果EAD过期，我将失去工作，我在11月30日给USCIS打电话，要求加速我的CASE处理。公司的律师在12月初时也打电话和EMAIL给USCIS,要求加速我的CASE处理。结果是我太太和女儿的CASE在12月10日批了，而我的CASE 还没有批。
12月3日，USCIS发信给我：with Receipt #, Referral ID: T1b3xxxxxxxxxTSC,Case Type:I765

我的问题：1.不明白为什么会收到这封信。需3个月，太可怕了。
2.是因为我在11月30日的电话导致我的EAD延迟/从新处理，否则应和太太，女儿的EAD一起批下来。
3.我现在已被停职/薪，如30天内还拿不到EAD,就彻底失去工作了。我应该将该信转给律师吗？
4.我现在应该做什么？
