我EAD十二月10日到期,公司的律师在九月10日为我们全家(我,老婆和女儿)申请了EAD/RENEW。如果EAD过期,我将失去工作,我在11月30日给USCIS打电话,要求加速我的CASE处理。公司的律师在12月初时也打电话和EMAIL给USCIS,要求加速我的CASE处理。结果是我太太和女儿的CASE在12月10日批了,而我的CASE 还没有批。

12月3日,USCIS发信给我:with Receipt #, Referral ID: T1b3xxxxxxxxxTSC,Case Type:I765

Type of Service Request:Non-Delivery of Other Notice,

The status of this service request is:

Based on your request (11/30)we researched the status of this case.We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 3 months of this letter, please contact customer service at the number provided below.

我的问题:1.不明白为什么会收到这封信。需3个月,太可怕了。

2.是因为我在11月30日的电话导致我的EAD延迟/从新处理,否则应和太太,女儿的EAD一起批下来。

3.我现在已被停职/薪,如30天内还拿不到EAD,就彻底失去工作了。我应该将该信转给律师吗?

4.我现在应该做什么?
