各位，最近自己DIY延期H1-B（从明年4月起），表格变化很大。主要是因为查得prevailing wage不准确，我是软件工程师，查得2009年的是43K，请大虾们指教。
G8的问题是：Wage Level,里面4个选项（I,II,III,IV,N/A）我选的是“N/A”
G11a的问题是Year Source Published,我填写的是2009
以下是被拒理由：
1. Section G.8 of this application contains an obvious inaccuracy. According to ETA Form 9035 CP - General Instructions for the 9035 & 9035E: "If the employer received a prevailing wage from either the SWA, NPC or the Foreign Labor Certification Data Center Online Wage Library at http://www.flcdatacenter.com, identify whether the wage (skill) level of the job opportunity is a level I, II, III, or IV. Only mark one box. Otherwise, mark "N/A".
2. Section G.11a of this application contains an obvious inaccuracy.
Pursuant to 20 CFR 655.731, the employer shall base the prevailing wage on the best information available as of the time of filing the application.
Information about LCA wage requirements and prevailing wage for the H-1B, H-1B1 and E-3 programs may be found in 20 Code of Federal Regulation 655.731. These regulations are available at the Office of Foreign Labor Certification's website.
