请教各位老师，07年交了I140 （NIW），以及本人和LD的485申请，I140在08年批准，现在不想等了，准备EB1B，因为学校只管I140，自己也不想再折腾485了，打算EB1B只交I140，I140 批过后re-link到07年交过的I485。填写I140表时有疑问
Part 7. Information on Spouse and All Children of the Person for Whom You Are Filling
请问对于LD，Applying for Adjustment of Status应该填Yes 还是No？
为什么？学校负责这事的让我咨询律师，只有来这请教了。谢过！
另外，学校的表中还要求填写：
Will spouse or child(ren) be included in your resident petition? Yes or No？
