在跟公司商量办绿卡的事情,人力资源的人从中作梗,认为打广告肯定会招来一堆人申请,到时候肯定能找到比我更合适的美国人。而且他们担心如果case被audit了,公司会承担很大的风险,我不明白除了金钱上的损失对公司而言还会有什么其它风险? 诚心请教明白的人回答我以下几个问题
Question 1- My job description has changed A LOT since April 2010. I am doing much more advanced research which is based on my past three years working experience gained in the company, however the job title has not changed, still Research Analyst. May I use my current job description to apply for the green card ? or have to use the old one?
Question2- If the case got audited, what kind of risks the company may have? In my opinion the worst situation is that my application get denied, I am back to my h1b visa and waste the application fee. What kind of side effect/risk the company is going to take? will it be under any penalty? Does the company have to fire me and hire the qualified candidate?
