if transferring from H-1B to B-2, what is the maximum time USCIS will give? When getting a noew job in the future, can do a COS from B2 to H1B in a premium processing way(15days)? or has it to be done in a normal COS manner(2-3-4months)? The new H-1B start date must always be on Oct 1? Does the cap will be applied?
