I suggested my lawyer to fill my LCA by post during the goverment shut down, but she said
I ready have a valid LCA, which was filed on my behalf as part of my H-1B application. To complete the Prevailing Wage Request, we must file the necessary forms via DOL’s iCert website portal which is unfortunately down at the moment due to the government shut down.
Is my priority date going to be base on the date my lawyer submit the prevailing wage request on iCert website?
