昨天收到的通知,但是I-94的denial的日期是09/16,来的太晚了,不可能在一个月内离开,另外被拒的理由和事实有些不符,所以我想申诉一下.我仔细看了539表的FAQ,没有弄太清楚,这里是539指南里关于申诉的话:
If your application to extend your stay is denied, you will receive a letter that will tell you why the application was denied. You will not be allowed to appeal a negative decision to a higher authority. However, you may submit a motion to reopen or a motion to reconsider with the same office that made the unfavorable decision.
听起来好象不能申诉,请大侠给指点一下,究竟该如何办.或者其他任何的建议.谢谢.
